El caso Griezmann es una realidad en el FC Barcelona
El hecho de que en el último partido del cuadro culé Griezmann entrara al campo a falta de 5 minutos de partido provocó que se pusieran en el punto de mira tanto al jugador como al cuerpo técnico y a la directiva.
Antoine llegó por todo lo alto al club azulgrana. La gente del club sabía de su valía, demostrada en temporadas anteriores, tanto a nivel de equipo como de selección. Hay que recordar que Griezmann es campeón del mundo. Desempeñó un papel importante en el gran logro de la selección gala. El Barça confió en él y decidió pagar su cláusula de rescisión, tasada en 120 millones de euros. El jugador francés se convirtió en el tercer fichaje más caro de la historia del club. Después de casi un año desde su contratación, está más que claro que Griezmann no ha cuajado en el Barcelona.
Griezmann: cifras satisfactorias, rendimiento bajo
A nivel goleador no registra malos números, ya que ha anotado 14 goles en partidos oficiales desde que aterrizó en Can Barça. Además de ello, el ex del Atlético ha iniciado la mayoría de los partidos que ha jugado como titular. A pesar de todos estos datos, el futbolista de 29 años no ha superado ni de lejos las expectativas que se tenían sobre él antes y durante la temporada.
Durante la campaña todo han sido dolores de cabeza en el club de la ciudad cosmopolita: el cambio del cuerpo técnico en prácticamente mitad temporada y la mala gestión de la junta directiva. Si se le suma a esto que a Antoine le ha faltado tener más conexión con los pilares de la delantera de la escuadra blaugrana (Suárez y Messi) y que la ha costado tanto a la dirección técnica como a él mismo encontrar su posición y su rol en el campo. Se puede llegar a entender el mal momento por el que pasa el dorsal 17 azulgrana.
También puede llegar a dar la sensación de que los jugadores de su propio equipo se le han hecho «grande» y no ha conseguido ponerse a la talla de ellos. Tampoco ha podido desempeñar el papel de llevar la «batuta» del conjunto, que en este caso la lleva quién sino, Lionel Messi.
Pero sus 3 suplencias en los últimos 4 partidos, especialmente en el último, han hecho que en el club se replantee la continuidad del jugador en el club. Así que lo cierto es que hoy por hoy el futuro de Antoine Griezmann es totalmente incierto y es uno de los problemas en los que está sumergido el Barça, que ahora mismo pasa por uno de sus peores momentos de los últimos años.
